§ 96.05 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Construction Code Official, Code Enforcement Officer and/or Zoning Officer of the Township.
   (B)   Upon determination by the Construction Code Official, Code Enforcement Officer and/or Zoning Officer that a violation of this chapter exists, he shall serve upon the user of the subject premises a written notice of said violation and shall mail a copy of said notice to the owner of record of said subject premises at the address shown on the last preceding assessment role. If said violation is not corrected within five days of the issuance of said notice, the Construction Code Official, Code Enforcement Officer and/or Zoning Officer is authorized, empowered and permitted to apply for relief before any court of competent jurisdiction by the filing of a complaint alleging the violation hereof, and the owner will be subject to the penalty in § 156.999 of the Zoning Ordinance.
   (C)   In addition to any penalty provided for in this chapter or in any other ordinance of the Township, whenever any government agency of the Township requires screening facilities for any subject premises, the Code Enforcement Officer and/or Zoning Officer, upon the direction of the Township Committee, is hereby authorized and empowered to erect, replace, repair or maintain fences, trees, plantings, shrubbery or other screening on land within the Township if, after 30 days have expired since the issuance of letters by registered mail addressed to the owner of record of such premises as shown on the last preceding assessment role, such fences, trees, plantings, shrubbery or other screening are not so erected, replaced, repaired or maintained by or on behalf of such owner. All costs and expenses incurred by the Township in connection with any said action hereinabove described shall be assessed against the land on which such screening facilities are located. Any time a notice is sent pursuant to the provisions of this section, a copy of this section shall be attached to such notice.
