(A) The operation of a motor-driven vehicle as defined in § 73.02 of this chapter is additionally prohibited upon private property, unless the operator of the motor-driven vehicle is the owner of the property or has in such person's possession the expressed written permission to operate the vehicle on the private property by the owner of the property.
