For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TOWNSHIP-OWNED LAND. All parks, recreation areas, ball parks, lake areas, storage facilities, garage areas, Board of Education property and any and all other Township or publicly owned land and premises, excluding public streets, sidewalks and other areas dedicated or commonly used for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
