§ 71.32 EVESHAM BUILDING ASSOCIATES.
   (A)   Parking.
      (1)   All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
      (2)   No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described as follows: all roads, both sides, at all hours, for the entire length.
      (3)   Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 foot wide as shown on the attached site plan and will be marked with signage pursuant to R.7-8 and R.7-8P (Reserved Parking Sign and Penalty Plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the Handicapped Parking Permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
      (4)   Reserved parking. All vehicles that are granted special parking in the reserved parking spaces as shown on the attached site plan, including, but not limited to, police vehicles, ambulances and teachers, must be properly identified.
   (B)   Through streets and stop intersections.
      (1)   Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designations: Road "A", for the entire length.
      (2)   Stop intersections. The intersections described below are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided herein.
      (1)   Cooper Road and Road A, stop sign on Road A.
      (2)   Road B and Aisle C, stop sign on Road B.
   (C)   One-way streets. The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated: Road "B", heading west, for the entire length.
   (D)   Speed limits.
      (1)   The speed limit for both directions of traffic for the parking lot areas shall be 15 miles per hour.
      (2)   The speed limit for both directions of travel on all roadways shall be 15 miles per hour over the entire length of such roadways.
      (3)   Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.
   (E)   Tow away zone. Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct or impede the normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
   (F)   Turn prohibitions. No person shall make a turn at any location listed below and only in the manner described: at the intersection of Clements Bridge-Evesham Road (C.R. 544) and Road "A", no left turn from northbound on Road "A" to westbound on Clements Bridge-Evesham Road (C.R. 544).
   (G)   Loading zones. The locations described below are hereby designated as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in a designated loading zone during the times indicated other than for the purpose of loading and unloading of goods and materials:
      (1)   Road "B", at all times, on the north side, as indicated on the site plan.
      (2)   Aisle "A", at all times, on the west side, as indicated on the site plan.
   (H)   Installation of signs. All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signage shall conform to the current manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
   (I)   Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by state statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 70.99. For violations for which no penalty has previously been prescribed, the penalty shall not be more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
