§ 71.25 EASTERN REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
   (A)   Parking.
      (1)   All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
      (2)   No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described as follows: all roads, both sides, all hours, for the entire length.
      (3)   Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan, and will be marked with signage pursuant to R7-8 and R7-8P (Reserved Parking Sign and Penalty Plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

   (B)   Reserved parking. Only those vehicles that are granted specialty parking in this section (such as police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, and the like, which must be properly identified) are permitted to park in Reserved Parking areas as shown on the attached site plan.

   (C)   Through streets, stop intersections and yield intersections.
      (1)   Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.
         (a)   Road A, entire length; and
         (b)   Road B, entire length.
      (2)   Stop intersections. The following described intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided herein:
         (a)   Road B and Road D; stop sign at Road D;
         (b)   Road C and Road D; stop sign at Road D;
         (c)   Road E and Aisle #2 (both intersections); stop sign at Aisle #2 (both intersections);
         (d)   Laurel Oak Road and Exit Drive; stop sign at Exit Drive; and
         (e)   Road C and Aisle #2; stop sign at Aisle #2.
      (3)   Yield intersections. The following described intersections are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided herein: Road A and Entrance Drive; yield sign at Road A.
   (D)   One-way streets. The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated:
      (1)   Entrance Drive, east, entire length;
      (2)   Road A, east, entire length;
      (3)   Aisle #1, east, entire length;
      (4)   Road B, west (counter-clockwise), entire length;
      (5)   Road C, south, entire length; and
      (6)   Exit Drive, west, entire length.

   (E)   Speed limits.  
      (1)   The speed limits for both directions of traffic for the parking lot areas shall be 15 miles per hour.
      (2)   The speed limit for both directions of travel on the following roadways are as follows: all roads, 15 miles per hour, entire length.
      (3)   Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.

   (F)   Tow-away zones. Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

   (G)   Installation of signs. All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A 39:4-183.27.

   (H)   Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by state statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 70.99.
