(A) Parking. All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

(B) Stop intersections. Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein: At the intersection of Main Drive and the driveway from Parking Lot A, a stop sign shall be placed on the driveway from Parking Lot A.

(C) Speed limits.
(1) The speed limits for both directions of traffic in the parking lots and roadways shall be 15 miles per hour.
(2) Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limits authorized by the Department of Transportation.

(D) Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

(E) Roadways. The following roadways shall be for exit only: Roadway from Parking Lot A at Main Drive.

(F) No stopping or standing. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at all times upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
(1) On Haddonfield-Kresson Road (County Road 671), beginning from Centennial Boulevard to Evesham Road.
(2) On both sides of Main Drive, beginning from the easterly curbline of Boundary Lane to a point 135 feet east therefrom.

(G) Student pickup. The following area is hereby designated for student pickup only: On the north side of Main Drive, beginning from the westerly curbline of Parking Lot A driveway to a point 135 feet west of Boundary Lane.

(H) One-way streets. The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated: On the west side of Main Drive beginning in the westerly curbline of Parking Lot A driveway to Boundary Lane.

(I) Installation of signs. All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.

(J) Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by state statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty as set forth in § 70.99.
