The driver's license of the driver or operator of a motor vehicle, registration certificate of the operated motor vehicle and the insurance identification card with respect to the vehicle shall be in possession of the driver or operator of the respective motor vehicle at all times while the driver or operator is in charge of the respective motor vehicle on the streets and roadways of the Township. The driver or operator shall exhibit his or her driver's license, the registration certificate of the respective motor vehicle and the insurance identification card covering the respective motor vehicle when requested to do so by a Township police officer or a municipal judge, while in the performance of the duties of his office.
