§ 70.03 TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION.
   All traffic signals installed within the Township shall be installed in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, N.J.S.A. Title 39, Subtitle 1, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
