(A) The Township shall be responsible for maintenance, repair or replacement of all sewer mains within rights-of-way of Township streets and within Township easements across private property.

(B) The Township shall be responsible for maintenance, repair and replacement of laterals within rights-of-way of Township streets or Township easements across private property, only from the main to the edge of the right-of-way or easement. The property owner is responsible for all maintenance, repair and replacement of laterals outside of such rights-of-way or easements.

(C) The property owner is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of all cleanout caps on laterals serving the property, whether or not such caps are located within a Township right-of-way or easement.
