The Township Committee shall divide the Township into districts and schedule the collection dates for each district in an effort to provide for the collection of the recyclable materials by the Township or its authorized agent weekly. The Township Committee shall be responsible for providing residents with ample publication and notice of the area of the Township included within each district and the respective dates of collection of recyclable materials for each district. Residents shall be responsible for placing their Township provided recycling cart curbside no sooner than the evening prior to their scheduled recycling collection date.
