On and after the effective date of this subchapter and under the regulations and schedules issued by the Township Committee of the Township in accordance with the terms of this chapter, hereby establishes a program for the mandatory preparation and placement for collection of the recyclable materials herein defined and designated in § 50.49 of this chapter, for collection or recycling by the Township or its duly authorized agents.
