§ 50.46 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GLASS CONTAINERS. Products used as bottles, jars and other glass containers made from silica or sand, soda ash and limestone, the product being transparent or translucent and being used for packaging or bottling of various matter or liquid, and all other material commonly known as GLASS; excluding, however, blue and flat glass commonly known as WINDOW GLASS.
   METAL CONTAINERS. All disposable containers made and fabricated primarily of metals such as steel, aluminum, or tin.
   PAPER PRODUCTS. Products manufactured from the pulp of wood or other fibrous substances, commonly used for writing, drawing, or printing on, or as packaging material, including newspapers, magazines, paperback books, regular and junk mail, office paper and file folders, paperboard boxes, cartons, corrugated cardboard, paper bags, and paper towel rolls.
   PLASTIC CONTAINERS. All disposable containers made and fabricated primarily of plastic, and having imprinted on them a recycling code of #1, #2, #4, #5, or #7.
   SOLID WASTE. Includes all garbage, rubbish and waste normally collected by the Township or its authorized agents.
