Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:8-1 et seq., all certificates with respect to marriages which occurred within the Township and the associated marriage licenses shall be registered with the Township Registrar of Vital Statistics on forms approved and supplied by the state. The fee for processing such documents shall be as provided by ordinance annually by the Township Committee.
