§ 38.31 MARRIAGE LICENSES.

Marriage licenses shall be issued by the Township Registrar of Vital Statistics as provided in N.J.S.A. 37:1-1 et seq. The fee for the issuance of such licenses shall be as provided by ordinance annually by the Township Committee.
