Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:8-1 et seq., all certificates with respect to births and/or adoptions within the Township shall be registered with the Township Registrar of Vital Statistics on forms approved and supplied by the state. The fee for processing such certificates shall be as provided by resolution annually by the Township Committee.
