§ 37.04 PROCEDURES RELATING TO CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   Any Township official or Township employee who, in the discharge of his/her official duties, would be in violation of any provision contained in the Code of Ethics, shall take the following actions:
   (A)   Announce the conflict and refrain from voting, deliberating or taking any action on the matter;
   (B)   Request and receive an advisory opinion from the Local Finance Board; or
   (C)   If time does not permit, request and receive an advisory opinion from the Solicitor of the Township body of which he/she is a member.
