The Code of Ethics applicable to public officials and promulgated by the state of New Jersey is hereby adopted by the Township as its Code of Ethics, except to the extent any provision of this Chapter 37 imposes a more stringent standard, in which event the provision of this Chapter 37 will govern and control.
