All provisions of the Township Code providing for enforcing plan reviews, construction permits, certificates of occupancy, certificates of continued occupancy, demolition permits, elevator permits and sign permits, including, but not limited to, inspection fees and performance guarantees, which are not specifically stated in the Township Code as a set dollar amount, shall be calculated and then rounded to the nearest dollar. All calculated amounts where the fractional amount is .50000 or less will be rounded down. All calculated amounts where the fractional .50001 or higher will be rounded up.

There is hereby established by and within the Township a section setting forth policies and procedures concerning the payment of and/or disbursement of fees to the Mayor for services in connection with the performance of marriage and civil union ceremonies.

(A) Persons seeking to be married or joined in civil union by the Mayor or Deputy Mayor of the Township shall pay to the Township a fee of $150 for such services. The Mayor or Deputy Mayor is authorized to waive such fee for residents of the Township.
(B) The Township shall be paid for all marriage and civil union ceremonies immediately upon completion of any such marriage or civil union ceremony. The fees shall be deposited into the current fund, payable to the Township of Voorhees.
(C) The Township shall disburse to the Mayor or Deputy Mayor the full amount collected for any such marriage or civil union ceremony on a monthly basis and shall pay the Mayor or Deputy Mayor accordingly.
