§ 35.04 CONSTRUAL OF PROVISIONS.

This chapter shall not be construed in derogation of any federal or state statutes or rules promulgated thereunder, nor shall it be construed in derogation of any lawful provision of any contract duly executed between the Township and any of its employees.
