§ 35.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
   The Township Committee, from time to time, may adopt and implement policies and procedures regulating the employees of the Township. such policies and procedures will be in conformance with the Department of Personnel laws and regulations, N.J.S.A. 11A-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 4A:1-1 et seq., and any collective bargaining or other employment agreement or contract affecting the specific employee.
