There is hereby approved an account to be known as the “Township of Voorhees Payroll Account,” to be established and administered by the Township Treasurer who shall from time to time transfer such funds to the payroll account as may be needed to compensate the officers and employees of the Township. The transfers of funds shall be credited to the payroll account and charged against the appropriate budgetary accounts on which they are drawn. Transfer vouchers shall be submitted for approval or ratification, as the case may be, at regular meetings of the Township Committee.
