§ 30.111 APPOINTMENT.
   The appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer shall be made by the Township Committee in accordance with the State Civil Service Rules and Regulations as governing the township and in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140 et seq.
