§ 30.066 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS; CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The Construction Official or his designated agent will issue all permits pursuant to the Uniform Construction Code. All decisions of the Construction Official shall be appealable to a County Construction Board of Appeals, pursuant to the procedures under the Code.
