§ 30.053 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The person appointed as Code Enforcement Officer shall be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language and shall have at least two years of full-time experience in the general inspection of lands and premises or two years of full-time experience in law enforcement activities or any combination thereof.
