The Municipal Administrator shall receive as salary such sums as may be fixed and adopted by the Township Committee in the annual salary ordinance of the township. He shall be reimbursed all reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of his position. He shall be required to utilize sufficient time as determined by the Township Committee to provide the services set forth herein.
