3-2-1: PLANTING ON CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED:
No person shall plant or set out any tree or shrubbery of any kind upon any property of the city. Any violation of this section will subject the offender to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord., 5-7-1962; amd. 2009 Code)
