From and after the effective date of this chapter it shall be unlawful for any vehicle, except fire, police, ambulance or other emergency vehicles, in times of emergencies or drills therefore, to park along the north side of Springfield Street, in the five parking spaces in front of the grocery store now known as the Virginia Market, and lying between the intersection of Front and Springfield Streets to the west and the curb cut on east side of the store for more than thirty (30) minutes from Monday through Friday from eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. through three o’clock (3:00) p.m. (Ord. 2020-07, 5-11-2020)
