9-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter:
GRASS: Shall include, but not be limited to, narrow leaf green herbage commonly grown as lawns, used as pasture, or cut and dried for various uses.
WEEDS: Shall include, but not be limited to, burdock, ragweed (common), ragweed (giant), thistle, cocklebur, jimson, blue vervain, common milkweed, wild carrot, poison ivy, wild mustard, rough pigweed, lamb's quarters, wild lettuce, curled dock, smartweeds (all varieties), poison hemlock, and wild hemp.
YARD WASTE: Vegetative matter resulting from gardening, the accumulation of lawn, grass, shrubbery cuttings, dry leaf rakings, and tree branches, limbs, weeds, seeds, and/or any other organic materials which are customarily found growing in yards or lawns. (Ord. 13-08, 10-14-2013)
