9-1-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Unless otherwise provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2009 Code)
