Any violation of any provision of this chapter by a person licensed hereunder shall be grounds for the revocation of the license of such person. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation, and each violation during any day or part thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
