A. No person licensed to sell alcoholic liquors under this chapter shall sell, offer for sale or permit such alcoholic liquors to be consumed on his premises during the hours from twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight Monday through Thursday until seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. the following day, and during the hours from one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on Saturday and Sunday. Licensed establishments may further remain open subject to the terms and conditions of their license from the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) noon until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on Sunday. B. No person shall be in or on the premises of any licensed premises operating within the city at any time during the hours when said licensed premises are required to be closed, except the owner or owners or their employees. (Ord., 2-6-1984; amd. 2009 Code)
