8-2-4: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, either at retail or wholesale, or to have in his possession and offer for sale alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the city without having first obtained a license or permit so to do, as provided in this chapter. (Ord., 2-21-1934)
