The zoning enforcement officer shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and shall inspect, at least once a year, each mobile home park and all the accommodations and facilities therewith. The zoning enforcement officer is hereby granted the power and authority to enter upon the premises of such mobile home parks at any time for the purposes herein set forth. (Ord., 4-1-1973)
