Every park shall contain an electrical wiring system consisting of approved wiring, fixtures and equipment, and appurtenances shall be installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations governing such systems. All parts of the park electrical distribution system shall conform with approved standards for safety to life and property and with accepted engineering practices. All electric wires shall be underground. (Ord., 4-1-1973)
