6-17-3: COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS:

Each park to be constructed under the provisions of this chapter shall adhere to the minimum regulations as are required by the Illinois state department of public health regulating mobile home park sanitation. The department of public health regulations establish health, sanitation and safety standards for all parks in Illinois. (Ord., 4-1-1973)
