6-3-4: EXEMPTIONS FROM PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE:
No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be required in the following cases: (Ord., 4-1-1973; amd. 2009 Code)
   A.   Recurring maintenance of structures.
   B.   Installation of required improvements according to an approved subdivision or planned development plan. (Ord., 4-1-1973)
