5-3-5: FIREWORKS:
   A.   Discharge Prohibited: No person shall fire, discharge or set off within the limits of the city any rocket, cracker, torpedo, squib, or other fireworks or anything containing any substance of an explosive nature, under the penalty of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each offense.    B.   Sale Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to store or to keep for sale within the corporate limits of the city any rocket, cracker, torpedo, squib or other fireworks or anything containing any substance of an explosive nature to be used for celebration purposes. Any person violating this subsection shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day such explosives are so stored or kept for sale.
