It shall be unlawful for any person to keep burning any fire outside of an enclosed building after the hour of four o'clock (4:00) P.M. Violations of this section shall be punishable by the imposition of a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord., 8-6-1990; amd. 2009 Code)
