5-3-2: USE OF COMBUSTIBLES 1 :
No person shall boil any pitch, tar, resin, turpentine or other inflammable substance within the corporate limits of the city unless within an open space at least twenty feet (20') from any building or other property that might be injured thereby. (1925 Code § 20-5)
