5-1-9: TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
   A.   Following Fire Apparatus; Parking Near Fires: The driver of any vehicle, other than one on official business, shall not follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm closer than five hundred feet (500') or stop such vehicle within five hundred feet (500') of any fire apparatus stopped in answer to a fire alarm.
   B.   Driving Over Fire Hose: It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any automobile, truck or other vehicle over or across any line of hose in use or lying across any street in the city, and any violator thereof shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
