In addition to any and all other applicable fees which may be required by this code or by law, all applicants for variances and zoning changes shall pay a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) at the time of making application to help defer part of the costs incurred by the city in considering the application. No request for variance or zoning change shall be considered unless the foregoing fee is paid. (Ord. 14-07, 8-11-2014)
