A. Codes Adopted: The following codes, published by the International Code Council, Inc., are hereby adopted as the Building Codes of the City for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Codes on file in the office of the City are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.
International Building Code, 2006 edition.
International Energy Conservation Code, 2006 edition.
International Fire Code, 2006 edition.
International Fuel Gas Code, 2006 edition.
International Mechanical Code, 2006 edition.
International Plumbing Code, 2006 edition.
International Property Maintenance Code of 2015.
International Residential Code, 2006 edition.
Life Safety Code, 2006 edition, (NFPA 101).

B. Copies On File: Three (3) copies of each of the codes adopted in subsection A of this section are on file in the Office of the City Clerk for public use and inspection.
C. Penalty: Any person violating any provisions of the Building Codes adopted in subsection A of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2009 Code)
