3-8-4: MOTORBOATS ON VIRGINIA RESERVOIR:

It is in the best interests of the city to promote the recreational use of the Virginia reservoir and its surrounding lands owned by the city. Motorized boating will be allowed on the Virginia reservoir; however, such motorized boating shall be restricted to boats with motors that do not exceed ten (10) rated horsepower. (Ord., 4-1999)
