A. All deeds heretofore executed by the city, by the mayor and city clerk thereof, attested by the corporate seal, purporting to convey lots or blocks or fractions thereof in Walnut Ridge cemetery are hereby ratified and confirmed. The title to said real estate is hereby declared to be vested in the several grantees in the conveyances mentioned, and their heirs and assigns forever. (1925 Code § 15-6)
B. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized, instructed and empowered to execute any and all deeds of blocks or fractions thereof situated in the cemetery, yet unsold, which shall be prepared for execution by the superintendent of the cemetery; and such conveyances, executed and acknowledged as law directs and attested by the seal of the city, shall convey to the several grantees, their heirs and assigns, all the rights, title and interest of the city in and to said real estate, excepting such reservations as shall be expressed in said deeds of conveyance.
