3-4-9: USE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED SEWER EQUIPMENT:
Equipment owned by the city and used by the city's sewer department for the purposes of clearing lines of roots and other debris may be made available for use by other governmental entities at the discretion of the city's public works director, provided the entity desiring to use said equipment pays a charge equal to a base charge of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), plus seventy five dollars ($75.00) per hour and that said equipment must be operated by a city employee as designated by said public works director.
