§ 30.22 ABSENCE FROM MEETING; LEAVING MEETING IN SESSION.

No member shall be absent from a properly convened meeting of the Common Council without notifying the City Clerk-Treasurer or Mayor. Any member desiring to be excused while the Council is in session shall notify the Presiding Officer.
