(A) Podium. All persons addressing the Common Council shall stand before the podium and state their name and legal address. The podium will be placed in front of the Council proper.
(B) Press seating. The large table located on the south side of the Council chambers will be reserved for the press only.
(C) Clerk-Treasurer's office seating. The small table located on the north side of the Council chambers will be reserved for the Clerk-Treasurer's office and City Attorney.
