§ 30.47 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE.

The Common Council may by majority vote to resolve itself into a committee of the whole to consider ordinances, resolutions or other matters with the freedom of committee procedures. When the Council resolves itself into a committee of the whole, the President Pro-Tempore shall preside.
