§ 30.61 TITLE AND ENACTING CLAUSE FOR ORDINANCES.
   Each ordinance to be submitted to the Common Council shall have a title indicating the nature, subject matter and enacting clause in substantially the following style: “BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VINCENNES, KNOX COUNTY, INDIANA, THAT [. . .]”
