Each ordinance or resolution submitted to the Common Council shall be typewritten on 8-½ inch by 11 inch legal paper accompanied by any relevant documents, and filed with the City Clerk-Treasurer by Wednesday noon before the meeting at which the legislation is to be introduced. The President Pro-Tempore shall approve the agenda and the City Clerk-Treasurer shall prepare and have distributed copies of the agenda and legislation to the Council members, Mayor and City Attorney. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall prepare copies of the agenda and legislation for the news media.
